Legal Question in Family Law in India

This is Arun here from mumbai, i was married to a christian girl in the year 2005 it was an arrange marriage we are basically catholic, After few days i came to know that she has a boy friend and she was forced to marry me by her parents now the situation is we are seperated since she dont like to stay with me and till date we dont have any relation i felt that i have been cheated we hardly spent few weeks together i want to take divorce so i approached her parents but they are not willing to send her daughter for consent divorce, neither that girl responding.i dont know what they want to do, the girl is highly educated and serving as a doctor in a govt.hospital. i would like to know how can i get the ex-party divorce i m not sure but may be they interuppt me to do so. Please advise me that how can i obtain divorce,

yes you can file divorce petition.

my advise is ,you have to file petition u/s 9

You can file a petition for divorce by taking one or more grounds mentioned the act and if your wife does'nt appear after accepting the summons ,then you would get exparte divorce from her.

is she living in mumbai or els where? you may file a divorce petition and court will summon her . after receiving sommon she does not appears in court,

then only you may get exparty divorce.
