Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had an aryasamaj ritual marriage with a so called divorcee girl. later on, within a week she was found to be vagabond and found that the divorce decree of her earlier marriage had not came till my marriage and it came after 21 days of marriage with me. I went to family court, ahmedabad, for declaration of marriage as void. Pending since a year. Should I wait for declaration? was the declaration needed at all? or if it is void ab-initio, can I remarry without court's declaration?

No u cannot marry without divorce papers.
