Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am asked to attend the crime against women cell for a complain made by my wife & in laws regarding torture,abortion,dowry,extra marital affair.i dont have any clue from where she made this complain.i have some 15 days to attend.what should i do. should i proceed for a anticipatory bail or should i negotiate.please guide.
