Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have asked my lawyer to amend my mutual consent divorce petition(section 13B) and he has agreed to it.

But i am doubtful if he will really be filing any application for amendment of the petition and hence i have appointed another legal person (since i cannot be present in court myself) in the same court to watch out for it.

According to another lawyer, if my own lawyer does not files any such amendment petition, then i can file a vakalatnama via another lawyer. Would that vakalatnama require my husband's signature too since it is for amendment or withdrawal of a mutual consent divorce petition?

the amendment in the petition for mutual consent needs to be moved by both, the husband and wife as it is a joint petition.
