Sir my husband divorced me in 2003, i was 30 ys then now am 37, i got my divrcee through masjid jamat thro khazi.it was talaq from his side. i agreed for divorcede as he had married a servent women in ego i came out and i got divorcee, i want to claim as his first wife.... please help me.

i wud like to go back to my husband, or wud like to go for maintenance. please help me how will i proceed.

once the talaq is pronounced, how can you claim to be his first wife?
