is it compulsory that an unemployed person should give compensation (having a house and some land) to his employed wife after legal seperation. If he denies to give property to his wife in a fear that property may be misused by her relatives what will happen;but ready to give half of property to children on the assuarance that it should be managed safely upto their majority.

she cannot claim maintainece for herself if she is employee but can claim for children regardign property you can give half ot teh children

You have an obligation towards your wife and children for their maintenance. The income of the wife can also be taken into consideration while meeting this obligation.

You may transfer the property in the name of your wife and/or children in terms of a proper settlement which should be filed in the court. Better to draw an agreement which is mutually acceptable and approach the local court for appropriate decree.
