Legal Question in Family Law in India

A.s.w.a. i hav been married in feb/20/2011.my wife and me were very happy.but all of sudden sue to some uncertain reasons she went of to her parents house on july/11/2011.and has not returned yet.the reason she is giving is of my father(expired:nov/05/2008) that sum1 has told her about his past which is not true.which she says i hav hided from her....now her family and she wants khula from me....
1}i hav given her mehar {7786} in form of a gold chain.is it right for me to take back and give her the amount itself??
2}i hav spend all my saving in my mariage and honeymoon.is it correct to demand at least a amount of my share from her???
3}i luv her but i fear allah also i hav to answer him 1day...if they dont agreee with my terms and ask for man made divorce what should b my further step..
i m only earning member of the family..there r three dependens on me..kindly help........
