Can i attach a copy of call records of my wife with her boss with whom she hv affair
tel records i get from pvt detectives with location where they move
tel calls made later night and early morning
thousands of call. they cal each other on our honeymoon at latre night
is court consider their tel records as mentally harrasment
or court may punish me for getting their tel records illlegally
i hv other proofs like emails and photograps and as wel as hotel records

even in case she is calling her boss, this cannot be a ground for you to accuse her of adultery. but calls in corroboration with other proofs such as hotel records and photographs, could make out a good case in your favour.
