Is Australia ex-parte divorce valid in India?

I have lodged DV,498A cases against husband .NBW,LOC and Charge sheet has been issued against him.Now i received a Divorce suit papers from Austrlia.Now pls guide me that how to defend this also its not practically possible to hire a consultant there and defend. Pls guide what should i do now in this scenario although i have not yet accepted the papers.How can he take divorce from there when the cases are stilll pending.Can u also pls suggest some international layers who has dealt with these kind of cases.Thank you

A) You may write a letter to the concerned court in Australia about the status of proceedings started by you in India as also about the NBW issued against your husband;

B) lf he obtains an ex-parte decree from Australia, the same can be challenged here.
