my australian husband married with me on june 2011, now beat me his mother n he both harrash me ,me indian n applied to australia file now under processing but now circumsentances against me, i have no parents they died earlier only elder brother who also unmarried till now, what should be done by me in future plan?

You can file application under domestic violence against them through advocate in the court and also can claim monetary relief as well as compensation or u can lodge fir and can file application u/s125
