Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello,

I Am back again, my DV case has been stayed by the high court for 2 years, in response to my ex's quash petition. I and my counsel are not attending the High court proceedings, The high court simply keeps on giving dates upon dates, IS THIS NORMAL ?

I had not disclosed the pendency of this case to my new Husband. I am feeling very afraid ,because these things can not be hidden for long.

What should i do to the high court, KINDLY ADVICE soon.

Please note : my present marriage is truly hell, if my in-laws come to know of ths cheating by me, they will get a very strong point to insult my worshipful parents, in the whole society.

Please help me.

You yourself have put yourself in a Dilemma .You are expected to be honest to your life partner whether 1st or 2nd, but you have not done this. Nothing has lost , be honest and explain the situation to your 2nd husband. I would advice this only.
