Legal Question in Family Law in India
Been badly treated by my wife including drugging. She stole my belongings and supplied it to her parents.
She badly treats my child, who isn't keeping well due to her. Ans see cooks insipid food. Spends most of time doing chit-cat with unknown male/female friends and her character is dubious too.
Now she has tied up with some of her illegitimate friends and trying to put me under psychotic drugs to make me mentally unstable.

Very sad to hear your story but you cant do much to your wife. You can only Divorce her but be ready to face the consequences and repercussions of that Divorce by your wife. you may file a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty but before that try to settle the matter by convincing her to go for divorce by mutual consent.
