How to get my bail papers-498A??

Due to false 498, our entire family spent few days in jail under judutial remand. Later we came out on bail. I forgot to take bail papers from my lawyer. Now when i asked him, he is saying that, one set of bail papers given by court was submitted in jail for us to come out. And i we would like to have the copies of bail papers, we have to get from court , but it costs 500(as per our lawyer) .

1. how to get my bail papers from court?.

2. Does our lawyer lying that he doesn't have the copies of bail papers. can i trust him?

Your lawyer would have copy of bail papers, but i do not say if he is liying or not.

You can get copy of papers for court, the amount that your lawyer said is correct

bail papers are not copied by most of the lawyers as they are not required generally. therefore its possible that he might not having the copies of the bail papers.

if you want them illegally you can get the papers from court staff by paying 100-200 for the complete set. legally you can take certified copies and in delhi courts its charges are rs 5 per page in addition to rs 10-25 processing fee.

its adviceable to change the lawyer if you dont trust him
