bail

My wife had register false 498a case against me & my family.she stays in UP & i in mumbai,where will i get anticipatory bail or stay order on arrest against the arrest warran,How will i fight this false case out,what can i do to avoid arrest

As far as I remember,I have answered to this question in the past.However,I again advise you to file a Criminal Writ petition before Allahabad High Court and seek anticipatory bail or stay of arrest and then think of fighting the case out.

The anticipatory bail can only be obtained from the concerned Sessions or High Court where the case is registered. First obtain the anticipatory bail then appear before the concerned court and defend the charges. The anticipatory bail application will be infrauctuous if you get arrested during pendency of the application.
