Hi. I am from Bangalore. I got married because of my parents force. Now i am finding it very hard to stay with my husband. There is no understanding or comfort level between us. I want a divorce from him but he is not ready to give me divorce. Even my parents are not supporting me insted my mother is blackmailing me to kill herself and she is telling that she will ask the court not to give me divorce. What should i do now?How can i get a divorce from my husband? And my husband tells my mother everything, what ever happens in our life.

dear client there is no role of yr mother in divorce case and court will not listen her. u can ask divorce on the ground of mental as well as physical torture. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
