The mental tension you are suffering may result into disruption of your family life. The issue is gaining ground in your mind because of "male ego" - making you feel as 'big boss' of the house.

You may need to work it out with her only with love and respect after making her understand the necessity of making a 'home' belonging to the two of you.

You may need to give her space and time to take her decision about not only not spending on her mother and brother but also about sharing it with you. But you should be conscious of the fact that pushing the issue beyond a point may amount to "cruelty" and "domestic violence" and she may seek your criminal prosecution bringing an end of family life.
