What are the basic contents of Section 24 of hindu marriage act.? what is LEGAL SEPERATION.?

If husband & in laws are neither ready for any reconcillation after 2-3 attempts nor ready to pay any payment for maintanence.? Can court force the wife to take divorce.? what should wife do.? what proof do wife need to find out about the salary of her husband.? Can wife go TO high court to claim /FIGHT for her maintanence.?

The wife may be entitled to seek criminal prosecution of the husband and may claim damages also under the D.V.A. No court can force her to seek divorce; and the husband may not succeed in obtaining divorce unless he establishes fault of the wife in court.
