Myself Basu want to know that after 5 years cases filed by my wife she always tell the court whatever she did is wrong & she want to stay together with using blackmailing formulla that we have a little daughter .although she sewas sent my mother into jail, harass my father & myself by the police . but in public she said either i have to pay 7 lacs or have to stay togher. i am also persued Divorce Suit under cruelty and adultery. she is taking interim maintt Rs.1600 since 30.06.2006 due to this blackmail trial not yet started although charge has been framed in last year . trial to be start from 05.09.2009. how trial to be expeditise and how i can escaped through blackmail straightway i am not want to stay together at all. you need to defend your case and should not succumb to the blackmail. but you have a little daughter. for her sake, if you want, you can start the conciliation proceedings.
There is no point succumbing to the pressure tactic. You may insist upon the court for speedy trial. At the same time request for fast track proceedings before the Divorce Court.
