Legal Question in Family Law in India

The biological mother my adopted child has filed a suite for cancellation of Adoption deed 1.5 years later that it was a result of fraud and her consent was not free at the time of adoption and his husband also pressurized her to sign the adoption.

My friend is telling me that it is possible that wife tell the court that husband pressurized her to give the baby for adoption and husband confirms and the court will cancel the adoption deed may of our baby (because we had not even call/contacted them even 2 days before adoption).

It is possible that biological mother and father play such a game with me?? please advise as it is a big risk for me and my child. Please also advise the counter strategy for this

as advised earlier, in case she is able to prove that her consent was not free, you may have to restore the child back to her.
