I am a by birth hindu girl. I was merride with a mohmmdan men in 21march 2000. 8 April 2007 I get divorced by muslim low bt he was filing on me cunjogal right case. We have three children two with me and one with him... Custdy case are pending in courts... The Q? Is mujhe mera koi samaan meri sasural wAlon ne nahi diya meri jwellary b nahi di mere uper cunjugal right case dala hai bt was again merride with a other girl and uske 2 child b hai. Maine apna faith waps change kar liya hai or apne hindulisum ko apna liya hai.... Mai apne ex husband ki property mai apne kids ka share chahti hu.. And I want back my istridhan..... Is it possibale 4 me..

for your stridhan, you may file a complaint before the Crime Against Women Cell and you may file a complaint under Domestic Violence Act for the compensation and maintenance along with a complaint u/s 125 of crpc.
