I book 2 years before 498A case on My husband and on his parents they came on bail.,
Now the case came to court.
In this issue whether i have to put lawyer? All of them have to attend for court or
they can take expection in attending court?
I too have to attend the court ?
When bookig the case i given three witness. When trial of 498A i have to produce
same witness?
It is difficult for me to put lawyer what i have to do?
pl. advise me sir.

lawyer is necessary as now its a criminal case otherwise u will not be represented well
if u cant afford a lawyer u can go to legal aid services they will help u by hiring a lawyer free of cost
