Legal Question in Family Law in India

I booked 498A against my husband and on his parents in

adition to that DVC is in trial which is against my husband,parents and

on his two brothers. If i go for divorce the both cases are closed ?

Or can i continue both the cases even court gives me divorce?

All the cases may continue independently. However, you should better try to reach an amicable out of court settlement.
