Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have booked DVC against my husband and on his parents and on his elder brothers

can judge give permission if they request not to attend court (parents).

Now can we ask judge thier parents to attend court.

Now their brothers also asking for permission for not attending court how to

stop this issue pl. advise sir.

The judge is empowered to pass appropriate orders in the pending case. You do not need to worry about their attendance. Instead, you should concentrate on merits of the case and keep a watch on the evidence produced by police in court.
