Legal Question in Family Law in India

we have booked 498 A against my husband and DAV against their parents and two
brothers. I am staying in his house which is located in city and he is not giving any
maintenance nor he is managing the house. He is telling that If l come to his village where he is doing his business 30 km. from city house than only he will feed me and my son. I dont want to go there because i am having asthama. And also i afraid to go there due to his querrel.
When i book 498 A i put case against my father-in-law and mother-in-law and on my husband.
I have not booked on his two brothers. Now due to DAV case on this two brothers of my
husband they are forcing me to take back the case other wise they wont allow my husband
to feed me and they are harrasing me so much. Shall i again put 498A on them (two brother of my husband)? Whether i have to book near PS or womens police station.( 1st i booked women police station).
