i am a brahmin boy and i love a muslim girl we want to do a court marriage and pls tell us what is the procedure and age limit. pls give detail of it

Sir, you have get it registered under special marriage act and you both have to file an application with prove of documents showing that the girl is above 18 and the boy is above 21 years, along with proof of your residence, further three witnesses are required, after filing the application you have to wait for thirty days and after 30 days you both again have to appear before the registering authority and your marriage will be registered and you both will be issued a certificate.
