i am brijmohan tripathi from lucknow. i am on the step of MCD via mediation center aligarh high court. we both are ready for 8 lacs lumpsum.
she has also share in my medicine shop. she is ready to remove her name from shop.
what type of affidavit should be signed? as i sometimes feel mediator is with wife side only. he may frame some wrong affidavit.
she wants first 8 lacs then she will sign divorce/share struck off from shop.
what should i do?

you need to enter an agreement and then file a petition for MCD and also file that agreement in the court. after that, her statement would also be recorded to the same effect.
you can take a local lawyer's help for drafting consent terms and file the same in court after you and your wife signs the same. Retain a copy with both of you.
1. The payment and execution of documents may be simultaneous.
2. Her name may be removed by obtaining her signatures on the dissolution deed under Partnership Act. No separate affidavit may be required.
