My bro is involve wid a girl, dey r living in for last 4 months, now d girl has started forcing him for court marriage, but or family is not ready 2 accept her, caus she belongs 2 some village n from a fourth class family. on d other hand her parents don't want 2 tell any one about d wedding caus dey r from different caste, but d r forcing my bro to marry der daughter.
1. We think dat d gir n her family has trapped my bro.
2. After marriage girl might trap us in d case of DOWRY. she is a very cunning girl.
3. She might ask 4 d DIVORCE after some time n ask for d money life long.

your brother should have thought before living with her that she is not suitable for him. there cannot be a presumption about a person however, you may always take your defence in dowry cases. you may go for a simple marriage.
you may try to convince your brother or go for a short and simple marriage.
If they are adult, they can marry as per their wish; you may choose not to participate in the ceremonies and byecott them so that you are not involved in any case at any stage. However, you should not interfere with the decision of your brother if he is an adult.
