my brother and my family had got AB were to apply for bail and when to apply should i apply it in high court itself or in the lower court how much amount it will take

you have to apply for regular bail in the court where your trial (case) will commence. you have to apply for regular bail after you receive summons and appear in the court.

But if you have the order for AB in your favour you need not apply afresh for regular bail. One would apply for regular bail when one is in custody/jail.

the anticipatory bail u/s 438 of criminal procedure code is applied to Sessions court and in case the sessions court rejects it, it can be applied two more times before the sessions court or one may approach the high court.
