My brother in law leave my sister if I divorse my wife
Dear Sir/Madam,
Last year I got married to my brother in law relative.Due mis behaviour with me and my family members I decided to divorce my wife.So my brother in law is telling if i leeave her he will leave my sister.my sister is innocent she has not done single mistake with him.
One mor thing is We have not taken single penny dowry from my wife.But my brother in law has taken Rs.40000/- from us.
Now my sister want to put dowry case on him.
If my wife put a false dowry case on me.What I have to do.
We have photograph of receiving Rs.40000/- from us.will it help us.
Please guide me how i have to go ahead.

Ask your sister to go ahead.If your wife filr case then go for anticipatory bail or writ.Photograph along with witnesses will definitly help you to prove the claim.For rest contact with detailed facts anddocuments of the case,professional charges are applicable.

you should not wait for your wife to register a case against you;
if your brother-in-law does not love your sister, it is better she walks out of marriage; get a case registered against him for dowry and cruelty, if any.
if you register a case first, the subsequent case if any agaist you people will be very weak.
you can surely seek return of dowry and other valubales of your sister; and seek divorce.
