my brother in law and his wife are going in for mutual consent divorce.First motion has already been moved.Now second motion is due.Can I object for this divorce.Is there any provision to stop this at this level when one motion has already been passed.?????I want them to have a second chance.Its a clear case of misunderstanding and miscommunication???two lives will be ruined becuase of immaturity.

you have no locus to withdraw the consent as the consent in a divorce by mutual consent is given by the couple. however, you may persuade any one of them to think over their decision. i appreciate your positive thinking.
Only your brother in law and his wife have the right to withdraw the Petition or object for the said petition, if they do not want to rethink you cannot ask the court and object in the proceedings as you do not have any right in this said matter.
