Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother lives in USA. he desserted his wife and kid.his wife and kid filed for maintainance in indian court for $4000/month. she was a engineer in USA and used to earn $5000/ month.now she does not have job and has been living in india since 2 years.my brother has a house and residential plot in india on his name (worth 18 to -20 lakhs). From the past 2 years she does not have job.therefore she took loan 10 lakhs from others for their survival. my brother is not responding to court summons .he refused the indian court summons.he does not want to give maintainance to his wife and kid. he does not respond to court. his wife does not know in which comapny(in USA) ,my brother working. But she knows his address. So the court can not attach his salary. In this case,

1. can the indian court attach my brother's property which is in India to his wife and kid permanantly?

2. apart from attaching the property , does the court issue NBW against my brother who lives in USA? . (do the court do both, ie attach property and issue NBW)

3) can his wife sale/sell my brother's property to repay the loan she took (if the court attached my brother property to her)

my brother is not listening to us.can you please help us to give answers.so that at least he can know about the law and respond to indian courts.Kindly help us.
