MY Brother got married in 22nd feb 2012.Now we came to know that she is mentally ill and her family cheated on us.So my query is,can we get divorce on this basis.Can we file for divorce?They may contact NGO,accusing us of a cruel party.How could we protect ourself from something like that?

the marriage can not be dissolved so soon but your brother can go for annulment of marriage.
If so, you can go for nullity of marriage instead of Divorce. Coz marriage is null and void ab initio due to fraud on the part of other side
With appropriate records you can for filing a petition for null and void of the marriage in court of law.
