my brother was married, but he saw his wife's immoral sex with his own eyes. then they seperated for about 2 years. after that period my brother had a sympathy for her and so again they reunited for a period of 6 months. he believed that she should will change in the two years. but the fate, again she had contact with the past relationship with phone.he was depressed so much. at the same time she was conceived. when she was two months pregnant, they again seperated. now she had a baby. but they are seperated for about three years. she didnt come back but also she wont come for any mutual seperation. my brother wants a mutual eperation and then he wants to marry another girl. please guide us.

Hello,

If you can prove the adultery , you can get the divorce and their is no need of mutual divorce.

Still its good if , she agrees for mutual divorce as procedural time is less.

If child is of your brother, than only he is liable for the maintenance of child.
