Legal Question in Family Law in India

my brother is in a realition with his girl friend for last 4 years in between she got married forcefully with someone else few years ago but after marraige also she didn't stayed with his husband she ran away and came to my brother, in between her husband came and took her away from our house and send her to her native place but now we came to know that my brother has 3 year old son with her and she is living with her own parents as her husband has disowned her almost 3 years back since then he has never contact her and she does not know the where about of him. now my brother and his girlfriend wants to get married and settled down to which our parents have no objection.
could you please suggest how does she go forward in this case.

She will need to obtain a court order about dissolution of first marriage.
