Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother is studying in Australia and his wife is staying in India with my mother. His wife has confessed that she has committed adultery and wants to leave or house to go to the other man. We are Muslims and I would like to know how we should go about getting my brother divorced from hsi unfaithful wife.
