Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother and his wife are not happy with their married life. My BIL is working as Enginner in ITc and getting ahandsome pay but eventhen he is unable to satisfy his wife because her needs are very much. They got married in the year 2005 and are blessed with two male children of 5 years and 3.5years .

Everything is ok but my BILs wife will always blackmail her husband and get her things done so he is fedup when he asks her to divorce him why should I if you divorce me I will see you behind bars so this is the situation He is youngest brother of my wife so my wife and her other sisters are vey affectionate to him

How to get rid of this problem
