how i or my any brother or their wife can get succession certificate,as my father died 19 month ago, there is no dispute among us and certificate is needed as there are shares in demate acciunt

retain a lawyer and he would file the petition for grant of succession within your jurisdiction.

You have to file an application in the court for succession certificate. Approach a lawyer for getting the same done.
