Legal Question in Family Law in India

my brother works in uk, his wife booked 498a in 2008, we got bail. my brther tht contract with company for two years, so he will visit india shortly, can he apply for bail from abroad to our advocate or can our lawyer apply by taking signature on wakalat papers. is his presence is must for taking anticipatry bail, how to proceed on , do pple abroad have some other anticipatory bail form, he has all valid reasons for not attending court. pls help us.

Bail application can be filed by advocate in court for your brother and non presence may be requested to Judge with required supporting documents like Passport or etc.
