Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Brother-in-law got married 6 months back, wife is characterless, she doesn't want to have a healthy relationship but wants to stay with him so that she can continue to enjoy her betrayl activity and she threatens her husband that if he will try to go for divorce than she would go and file a police complaint against him and his family members for dowry case. I need to know how we can help him to get rid of her.

There is not much you can do to save your brother-inlaw . Only option is Divorce either contesting or mutual .
