Legal Question in Family Law in India

My brother-in-law wife did the dowery case against me and my wife, but we even didnt go her place and my brother-in-law is not staying with her from last year. The investigation is going on and most probebly it will be in our favour. But i m affrad from all this and i want to take prakashans for near future please help me out in this.

if there are not any allegation against you in FIR, you may file for quashing of FIR in the High Court.
