Legal Question in Family Law in India
My brother's wife has left our home after a small fight with my brother. Her father came to our place and took her along around 2 months back. She has done this before also, she goes to her father's place irrespective of whether she is wrong or right. And expects my parents and brother to come and take her along even if she is wrong. She wanted some of her documents, she asked her father to collect them from our place, My father seeking legal help asked her father to either give in writing or solve the matter in the presence of 2 people fom their side and 2 from our side. But he refused. Now 2 days back, my bhabhi, her father and brother came along with 2 policemen and took away everything she needed. We are confused as to what should be done? We have some recordings of her and her father saying that we havn't askd anything from them since marriage and also in my bhabhi's words that my parents are very nice. And her father took her along last time around. He interfere's in our house a lot. What should we do?

these are teething problems in a relationship and can be sorted out by prudence and at this time, court intervention is not required. better sort this matter out of court.
