Legal Question in Family Law in India
my brothers wife is torturing him , and all my family. my brother want to take divorce from her.... but when my brother ask her about divorce . she warns all of us that .. she herself with 2 kids will do suicide in front of all. as she wants the property. ( she was from ur relation). what to do in this case? every time she warns that she will go to police station and file case against mental harassement. so we all are in big trouble.. we cant do anything. pls advice

if u are frightened then you will never win,better file a case for false incrimination and defamation.then see the result, then you file DIVORCE,
dear client...
in such matter you need to have some evidence of her blackmailing you and threatening you all to suicide ...and then make a complain in police station regards with her threatening and then after file a divorce case ....
