I brought a property and registered it in my wifes name married name. if we get seperated, what will happen to it. wont i get any of it, or do i have right to claim back. since i have invested.

your wife will remain the owner irrespective of your investment; UNLESS you file a suit for declaration that the purchase was "benami" and that you remain the actual owner.
