Legal Question in Family Law in India

I called police upon excessive Dowry haraasement by my in-laws and husband and they referred the case to Woman cell who after some mediation filed a FIR with Police. The boy applied fro anticipatory bail and the bail was rejected.

I went to filing court to get my case details and when they searached based on my FIR number they said that they cannot get the case details as they are not entered in the Computer.

My Question is that is it some mistake that the Case has not been entered in Computer records or the case needs to be filed seperately in the court by me. The hearing for anticipatry bail has been going on for last 4 months in the court. Does that not mean that case is filed, DO I need to seperately file a case with the Court and the FIR does not automatically means a case even after 4 months of FIR

Please Help
