can a case of 125crpc be transfered from Mainpuri,U.P. to New Delhi as I am Kidney failure patient last two years and doctor has advised me a dialysis twice a week?

yes, you can file a transfer petition in supreme court on the basis of ur medical condition and there is likelihood of same getting transferred.

It may be transferred on the basis of your doctors prescription.
