The case of CRPC 125 can be withdrawn? How much is time limit under we can withdrawn? and what is the procedure to withdrawn the case?

it can be withdrawn simply by going to the court and requesting the judge. it can be withdrawn anytime before pronouncement of judgment.

yes you can withdraw no time limit. simly go and ask the court to withdraw your case.

you can withdraw the case anytime before judgement. Apply to court that you intend to withdraw the case..
