In case of divorce if court order to pay one third/one fourth of my salary to my wife,
but what if i will lost my job or i resign from my job and don't work
I don't have any other income and i don't own any property or house.
i can stay with my parent house.

the maintenance is paid according to earning capacity of the husband and still be ordered even if he quits the job.

If you avoid payments as per court orders, you may also be hauled in contempt. The liability towards maintenance amount cannot be avoided. If you live with your parents, even your parents' property can be attached towards your liability. The court may also restrain you from leaving the country and direct you to deposit your passport in court.
The only way is : avoid dispute and try to reach an amicable out of court settlement.
