i want to ask that what should i do and which case i should file for my this problem :

my husband put wrong ellegations on me and my mother .he always used beat me without any reason , i had pass 23 yrs. since my marriage but now as my two childrens are grown up i want justice to get rid from my husband's misbehavior because this is causing bad effect on my childrens .

and now he started blaming my daughter also . he is a politician from congres party ,he is having property valued in some crores,and since our marriage till now i m suffering so please kindly help me out. that which case i should file ?

You may start from filing a case of "cruelty" with the local police; and a case for maintenance in the local courts. However, the facts given in your statement are not sufficient for a detailed opinion. You may write an e-mail giving all the facts in detail about yourself and your children; and also if your children will support your case or they are with their father ?
