Case in Mediation cell thus Judge has given two dates i.e. one for the mediation and other of the case. Mediaton is going on but nothg has been decided by both the parties and now only one more date for the mediaion could be taken as the date for the case[DV] is near.
My question is thenQ1 what will happen on the date for the case[DV] if mediation is ON?
Q2 Also We have doubt that husband is passing time as he wants to jump the regular date for the hearing so he is not deciding anthg in the mediation, then wat should wife do ?

in case the mediation is on, another date would be given in DV. you may seek the matter to be transferred back to regular court in case you feel that husband is passing time.
