A case is pending against me since 1999 u/s 498a I got noc from court for passport(no specifice time was mentioned by court)
passport office delhi issued me a passport for one year only now I want to renew it for further periodfor 5 ys can I get

yes you may get it renewed for its full term. of course you need to apply it to the court for NOC

in case the one year passport was issued after court orders, the five years passport would also be issued after court orders.
